7. Telehealth Services

For patients receiving services via telehealth:

  • At the start of each telehealth visit, we will confirm your identity and ask where you are physically located. You must be physically located in Pennsylvania, New York, or Massachusetts at the time of your telehealth appointment. If you are not in one of these states, we cannot provide telehealth services.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have a private, secure location and a reliable internet connection
  • Telehealth sessions are conducted through HIPAA-compliant platforms
  • Technical difficulties may occasionally occur, and we will work with you to reschedule if needed

  • Additional terms for telehealth (including informed consent, location checks, emergencies, and prescriptions) may be presented during registration and must be accepted before receiving telehealth services

Prescription services are provided only to established patients following appropriate evaluation and within the scope of the established doctor-patient relationship. Prescriptions are subject to:

  • Clinical appropriateness and medical necessity

We do not prescribe controlled substances without appropriate clinical justification.
