A comprehensive evaluation is more than a diagnostic assessment—it's an opportunity to be truly seen and heard. Together, we explore your full story: your history, your patterns, your struggles, and your hopes.
During this session, we will:
Designed for adults who prefer a private, one-on-one setting to explore their mental health needs. This confidential space allows for deep, uninterrupted exploration of your inner world.
For adults who want a trusted person involved for part of the session. Parents, partners, or close family members may offer meaningful insights about life experiences, relationship dynamics, and daily functioning. You remain in control of who participates and when.
Where medication meets meaning.
Unlike rushed 15-minute medication checks, integrative sessions provide the time and space for real transformation. Each 45-minute follow-up is tailored to your evolving needs – addressing biological, psychological, developmental, and social dimensions of healing.
These sessions go beyond symptom management. We explore how your inner world shapes your outer experience, working to identify and transform the patterns that keep you stuck.
All follow-up appointments are scheduled at 45 minutes—because meaningful change requires time, not just prescriptions.
If you're currently taking medication, we'll review how it's working and adjust if needed. If you're new to medication or prefer other approaches, we'll discuss risks, benefits, and alternatives. I may recommend medication as part of your care, but the decision will always be yours.
Combining various forms of psychotherapy, we'll explore how childhood experiences, family patterns, culture, social norms, and beliefs may be influencing your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. We work to identify what's beneath the surface—the root causes that traditional approaches often miss.
As desired, we can integrate changes in nutrition, movement, mindfulness, meditation, time management, and care for your environment. These shifts support emotional balance, resilience, and sustainable growth beyond the therapy room.
Healing often happens in relationships.
Available for established patients who want to include their families—parents, siblings, partners, children, or close friends—in the healing process.
Together, we set intentions for the session, and I help guide the conversation so everyone can share openly, exchange feedback respectfully, and leave with insight and practical next steps.
