We combine evidence-based psychiatry and a combination of psychotherapy modalities, including depth-oriented therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, identity-focused therapy, and exposure response prevention, along with holistic practices such as nutrition, movement, meditation, and spiritual exploration. Every treatment plan is personalized, collaborative, and delivered in a safe and nonjudgmental space.
